On the morning of April 17, the first train of Shenzhen Metro Line 20 rolled off the line of CRRC Changsha. The fully automatic driving system gives trains a series of functions such as automatic wake-up, automatic departure, precise parking, and automatic detection. At the same time, the Shenzhen Metro Line 20 project is also the world's first batch application of vehicle-vehicle communication technology to communicate with traditional vehicles-ground-vehicle Compared with technology, the vehicle control process is optimized, and the train operation efficiency, safety and reliability are greatly improved.
In order to ensure the safety of fully automatic driving, the walking subway doctor adopts the Ethernet control system for the whole vehicle, and for the first time in China, it integrates five types of comprehensive inspections including bow network inspection, tunnel inspection, boundary inspection, track inspection, and running department inspection. The system monitors the vehicle status in real time and provides a big data foundation for the intelligent maintenance of the vehicle. It can be called a "walking subway doctor".


All-round safety protection trains use high-level safety (SIL4) core control components (the button switch uses the micro-motion ultra-short-stroke button series produced by Shanghai Hongbo Electric Co., Ltd.), as well as obstacle detection and vehicle-assisted anti-collision , End wall anti-collision, derailment detection and other safety assurance technologies, and upgrade the vehicle network security level to 2.0, providing a full range of safety protection for trains.


The comfort of the train has also been improved. In order to alleviate the pressure fluctuation and noise caused by the 120km/h operation, the train has adopted a series of measures to improve the air tightness of the vehicle and ensure the comfort of passengers when the vehicle enters and exits the tunnel. At the same time, the train uses sound-absorbing and noise-reducing materials on the floor and side walls, and comprehensively designs the overall air circulation in the train to further reduce noise.
